Ingredients:

200 g rolled oats
pinch of salt
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp carob powder/ or cocoa
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
5 g baking powder
2 g baking soda
210 ml orange juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
40 ml maple syrup
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

20 x 8 cm(use smaller if you have)
chopped walnuts
bake 35-40 minutes at 180°C/360°F
